If you would like to take part in a captain's-choice, fellowship golf outing on a Saturday this fall (date TBD), please indicate your interest using this form or the paper form at the welcome center in the main hallway or in the lobby outside the gym. If we have enough interest, we will reserve a course for sometime this fall and, hopefully, turn this into a quarterly outing going forward. Please use this form to indicate your interest, and start practicing that swing!

P.S. If you have friends who would like to participate, they do not have to be a part of our church. We would love to see the Lord use golf to help us reach others. Feel free to have them sign up or to add them to your registration.
